Agent-Native Apps
Agentic People

Every step from job posting to final settlement, actually completed.

Recruitment, offers, onboarding, org structure, leave, assets, documents and exits in one place, where the coordination work is done for you and nothing depends on a checklist someone is keeping privately.

Who it is for — People and operations leaders whose team spends its time coordinating rather than on the work only they can do.

What Changes

What Changes

The work does not get faster. It stops landing on your team.

A new hire is productive on day one

How it works today

Onboarding is a chain of requests across IT, payroll, facilities and finance. Each one is somebody’s queue, so a step is missed often enough that people start their first week without an account or a laptop.

With Bixie

Recording the hire once sets the whole chain in motion and the state of every step is visible. First-day readiness stops being a thing you chase and hope for.

Exits stop leaving doors open

How it works today

Offboarding is where the risk sits. Access revocation, asset recovery and final pay depend on a manual checklist, and nobody finds the gaps until an audit does.

With Bixie

Departure drives access removal, asset recovery and final settlement as one process, with a record of what closed and when. Former employees keeping access becomes a finding you can prevent.

Your HR team stops being a coordination layer

How it works today

Skilled people spend their week forwarding requests, updating trackers and reminding other departments, which is neither what they want to do nor what you are paying for.

With Bixie

The coordination happens without them and they handle judgement calls and exceptions. The same headcount covers substantially more of what actually needs a person.

Expiring documents surface before they lapse

How it works today

Visas, certifications and right-to-work documents expire on dates nobody is watching, and the discovery is usually a compliance problem rather than a reminder.

With Bixie

Approaching expiry is raised while there is still time to act, which turns a breach into a task.

Why It Works

Why It Works

Not AI added to business software. Business software built for it.

Every established vendor is adding an assistant to what they already sell. That assistant can only reach the part of the product they opened up, which is why it drafts and suggests rather than finishing anything. These four differences are why Agentic People behaves differently.

01

The agent can do anything your team can do

In most software, automation reaches only the slice the vendor opened up, so the awkward work stays manual and the savings never quite arrive. Here every operation the product supports is available to the agent from the start.

02

The apps already know about each other

A new hire recorded once becomes a payroll record and a cost in the accounts without anyone building a connector. The integration line item that normally follows a suite purchase is not in the quote because the work is not there.

03

Approval sits wherever you decide it sits

Anything that moves money, changes someone’s pay or grants access can require a named person to sign off. The gate is part of how the process runs, not a policy you hope people remember.

04

The same process runs the same way every time

Judgement happens once, when the process is designed and approved. Execution after that is ordinary software, so a month-end close in June behaves like the one in May and an auditor can see why.

In Practice

In Practice

Processes customers actually run.

Each one starts on its own — on a schedule, or when something arrives — and stops at the point where you decided a person should look.

Starts when
Offer accepted

New hire, provisioned before they arrive

Waits for a person
Activation is gated — a human confirms access level before provisioning runs
Starts when
Schedule — weekly

Expiring document sweep

Runs unattended. Nothing is committed without a person elsewhere in the process.
Starts when
Resignation approved

Clean exit

Waits for a person
Final settlement is approved before it is processed
No Integration Project

No Integration Project

The line item that is not in the quote.

Buying a suite normally means budgeting to connect its parts together. These apps already share one set of records and one set of permissions, so the connections below work on day one rather than after a project.

What It Doesn't Do

What it doesn't do

Better to know now than in week six of an implementation. If any of these matter to you, raise it on the call and we will tell you where it sits.

  • No timesheet module. Attendance has clock-in and clock-out in the REST API, but only enrolment is exposed as an agent tool.
  • Helpdesk, announcements and saved reports exist in the API and UI but have no agent tools yet.
  • Payroll calculation itself lives in Bixie Payroll, not here.

See it run on your own data

Bring one process that currently costs your team a day a month. We will build it on the call and you can watch every step it takes.
